Artisan Prototype Golf Wedge Artisan Golf LLC was founded in 2017 by its two founders Mike Taylor and John Hatfield. Both Taylor and Hatfield have spent the past 32 years working in the golf industry for various OEMs. Mike and Johns handcrafted irons, wedges, and putters have found themselves in countless major winning bags across the world. Artisan burst onto the scene in 2018 when Patrick Reed won the Masters with two Artisan wedges in the bag. Other tour pros have followed Reeds lead in recent years, including Abraham Ancer.
